We offer a full range of design services including Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture and Procurement. to build value and pass it on. Our award-winning Interior Design studio in our Raleigh, NC office is looking for a full time Interior Designer to join our dynamic and growing team. Responsibilities • Apply creativity, enthusiasm, and passion to your work • Utilizing Revit or AutoCAD prepare interior design construction documents to include floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, millwork details and schedules • Collaborate with your project team to develop projects from concept through construction administration, and FF&E installation • Ability to design specialty millwork pieces in Revit • Produce digital design drawings, presentations and graphics utilizing inDesign, Photoshop, Revit & / or Sketchup • Create furniture layouts and selections for each project, delegating tasks as needed • Communicate with product representatives to attain samples and new materials • Select, specify, and design interior finishes as well as FF&E • Be available for occasional travel for site visits and FF&E installations • Participate with your team in meetings and presentations • Be knowledgeable of the latest industry trends and an active participant in industry events • Be an active participant and a positive influence of the creative culture of the studio
