Essential Functions Of Position Qualify client based on client's wants, needs, desires and investment dollars availableDiscuss and identify clients design styleCreate design solutions, plans, quotes and purchase ordersAccurately check designs and ordersDiscuss product details and expectationsEstablish, develop and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective customersSupply management with written and/or oral report on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities and potential new products and servicesKeep abreast of product knowledge, market conditions, and competitive activities through research and consulting with market individualsPerform other duties as assigned Knowledge Of Interpersonal communications that allow for effective qualification of prospective clientsActive listening by giving full attention to what others are saying, asking appropriate questions and not interrupting at inappropriate timesEfficient problem-solvingTime management, organization and written communicationCustomer service -- manages difficult client/customer situations, responds promptly to customer needs, solicits customer feedback to improve service, responds to requests for service and assistance and meets commitmentsAnalyzing data and situations accurately with a strong attention to detail in order to develop the proper course of action needed to be taken
