Being flexible to help the team succeed is important.Maintains adequate error ratio on all design projects - follows design check list.Contributes to process and product improvements by making suggestions and implementing changes.Monitor industry trends and use them to create and educate.Document and update customer records/projects through company CRM software (Pipedrive).Ability to build rapport with clients and team members and grow those relationships.Provide Marketing and Graphics Support for the sales team.Positive and professional demeanor.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and project management skills.Timely and responsive.Be proud of and grow the Source Four culture.Be a team player.JOB QUALIFICATIONS-Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:A minimum of 2 years of design and space planning experience with projects of increased complexity in a same or similar industry.High level of technical credibility and professional excellence, having depth of judgment, knowledge, and technical skill critical for the position.Depth of knowledge with many of the furniture lines. Expert at pushing the boundaries of standard product application.Skilled in the design process to organize workflow and make suggestions for improvement while acting as a resource and mentor to other Designers.Consistently applies electronic file naming and saving conventions.Demonstrating customer focus by providing excellent service and satisfaction to both internal and external clients.
