*Responsibilities* - Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget constraints - Create design concepts and presentations using software such as CAD, Adobe, and Rhino 3D - Develop detailed plans, including layouts, elevations, and specifications - Select materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories for each project - Manage project timelines and budgets effectively - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success - Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and technology *Skills* - Proficiency in CAD software for drafting and design purposes - Strong knowledge of interior design principles and practices - Experience with software such as Rhino 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and 3ds Max is a plus - Ability to work within budget constraints while delivering high-quality designs - Knowledge of remodeling processes and techniques - Excellent communication and sales skills to interact effectively with clients - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Schedule: • 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
