Successful associates come from various backgrounds and posses the following skills and backgrounds: • interior design experience • professional sales and business experience • Consumer related experience such as real estate, high end consumer retail stores, the cosmetics industry, furniture and interior design companies • Many are career change applicants. A position in our company is more than just a job. We believe that when the client is truly satisfied with their design associate as well as the entire company, we will all succeed and prosper.
