As a member of the team, you will develop and contribute to our interior design team creating best in class hospitality projects. Essential Job Functions: • Manages the complete design process and documentation package for the interior design of hotel projects, using both internal and external designers to create award-winning projects. • Give Shout Outs to your Team Members that Team Up, Own It or Passionately Serve. • Teach, mentor, and direct your team to exemplify the TOP Culture. • Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm at all time • Being comfortable with the high level of visibility and the TOP leadership role within the company.
