The role of the in-house interior designer will require several skill sets: Drafting. Ability to communicate graphically using CAD or Revit programs to create interior finish plan sets, furniture plans, and construction details as well as bluebeam for creating cut sheets and marking up drawing sets. Ability to provide design review on new projects with a project team that includes architects and interior designers from across the country, representing Touchmark as the owner and ensuring Touchmark design standards; coordinating review with operations and other stakeholders. Touchmark offers a hands-on opportunity to learn about the rapidly growing and evolving field of senior living by working directly with the operators, staff, and residents themselves.
