The Interior Designer will be responsible for collaborating with Architects at the firm on interior design elements of the additions, renovations and ground up homes we work on. The Interior Designer must have ability to translate client needs into timeless, practical solutions. Key Responsibilities : • Create material paletes that conform to the clients design aspirations • Develop FFE recommendation and selections • Accompany them on trips to supplier showrooms. • Prepare interior 3-D renderings of the spaces we are designing (this isn't required but it would be great if you had the ability) • Conduct site visits and collaborate during the construction phase to ensure design intent is realized. • Strong ability to research / source interior finishes and FFE.
