We are dedicated to the well-being of our associates and are proud to be consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work. • Maintain the material library and meet with sales reps • Support the greater architectural team in designing finish specifications and interior design details across a variety of project types : Create millwork elevations and millwork detailsDraft interior elevations, detailing and tagging all finishes and design intentSelect finishes, prepare finish schedule, samples and finish planSelect light fixtures, prepare lighting schedule and RCPSelect furniture and prepare furniture drawingsSelect appliances or other fixtures, create FF&E schedule and tag on planPreparing presentations • Create interior renders and 3D visualization • Coordinate with architect, construction project managers, and other design disciplines • Consider materials and costs according to set budgets and negotiated project feesPropose alternate finishes at a lower price that match client’s current specs • Prepare working drawings, designs, plans, models, and schemes that communicate design intent which will be coordinated with greater design team We are looking for people with the same enthusiasm, passion, and respect for the hard work that brought us to where we are today.
