We are a highly creative team- orientated interior design firm specializing in commercial multi-family apartment projects throughout the U.S. Western Region. We are located in Carlsbad, CA. Position: This is a full time and fully remote position. • Creating Design Concepts and Presentations • Job Installations • Extremely detailed space planning abilities • ADA compliance knowledge. • Coordination with engineering, Architects, sub consultants • Preparation of furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E;) documents • Working closely with vendors • Preparation of construction documents • Electrical Plans Skills required: • AutoCAD 2013, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Excel, Spexx documentation systems (not required but a plus), Sketch Up, Enscape • Previous job experience in commercial AutoCAD using XRef's Salary based on experience
