Interior Designer

Crespo Design Group in Tampa, FL is seeking a talented interior designer with at least 2-4 years' experience in high-end residential design in the area. This position offers an incredible opportunity for an energetic, motivated and passionate individual to grow with an established, friendly and well-respected design team.This position will be working directly with the principal of the firm and is responsible for developing and executing the design from the conceptual and presentation stage through the completion of final installation.The position's responsibilities will include:Support principal with all aspects of projectsClient meetingsConcept presentationsOn-site measurements and photosFloor plans, color and material schemesProject management including developing and managing budgetsCAD drawingsPrepare all input for purchasingWork with expeditor on order processingOn-site coordinationAssist in management of Junior DesignersRequirements include:Must hold a degree in Interior Design from an accredited institution.2-3 years of progressive experience in another design firm a mustMust be able to demonstrate strong capabilities in handling and overseeing a project from concept through final installationMust be able to work efficiently and effectively under deadlinesProficiency in construction drawings, codes, materials, furniture, finish selections and specificationsProficiency in CAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and Studio DesignerKnowledge of Studio Designer software, Sketch Up and Revit is a big plusMust be extremely professional, reliable and punctual, be able to work late as needed and live within 30 minutes of South TampaMust possess extensive product and vendor knowledgeSelf-motivated and strong time management skills to successfully work on multiple projectsClear speaking voice with a pleasant and professional presenceMust have a valid Driver's License, clean driving record and reliable vehicleThis is an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to work in a beautiful office, gain a high level of autonomy while working with a very high-end clientele.Qualified candidates please e-mail resumes with cover letter and salary history to: interiordesignjobtampa@Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you!Compensation is commensurate with experience.WELL-QUALIFIED APPLICANTS ONLY, PLEASE
