Requires substantial knowledge of design and planning principles, building and planning code requirements, specifications preparation and negotiation. • Proficient in development of FF&E Specifications. • Responsible for technical implementations of design concepts during construction documents, specifications, building, & construction administration. • Maintain administrative / technical documents required by leadership, accounting, or others, as it pertains to the management of Interior Design projects. • General knowledge of preparation and use of interior design / architectural contracts.
