Applicant should be an experienced designer with 5+ years of design experience in new home construction, remodeling, and furnishings. Duties will include developing master plans for the coordination of a variety of high-end residential projects. The use of 3-D design software will be used to illustrate suggested design concepts throughout the project. Otero Signature Homes designs exclusively in Chief Architect and this software will be a requirement for this position. Qualifications: • 5+ years experience in residential or commercial interior design • Familiarity with AutoCad, Sketch Up, Chief Architect or other design software • Professional, Deadline and detail-oriented • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team focused environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
