Interior Designer (4-6 years) at Hickok Cole Richmond, VA

What We Are Looking For 4–6 years of professional design experience, ideally in multifamily residential interior design and commercial office design Based in Richmond, VA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design from a CIDA‑accredited program or Interior Architecture Exhibits design and technological sophistication: self‑starting, energetic, and creative Excellent Revit, Photoshop, Enscape, InDesign, and Bluebeam skills Familiarity with collaborative platforms (e.g. Miro) and BIM/AI plug-ins (e.g. pyRevit, Veras) is preferred Ability to work with the Senior Designer to develop strong design concepts and accurately document them in design presentations and construction documents Experience with space planning, FF&E specifications, material selections, codes, and coordination with consultants Experience with the construction administration process in multifamily and/or large‑scale commercial workplace projects Fluent in written and spoken English Valid U.S. work permit This position is for in‑person work; 100% remote candidates will not be considered.
