Job Summary We are seeking a creative team member who wants to be part of this evolution and grow with the firm. Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.Develop detailed design concepts using AutoCAD, Sketch-up, and Adobe Creative Suite.Create floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings to visualize design ideas.Select materials, furnishings, fixtures, and finishes that align with the project vision.Prepare project budgets and timelines while ensuring adherence to deadlines.Coordinate with contractors and vendors during the renovation or build process to ensure quality standards are met.Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise during implementation.Present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback for revisions as necessary.Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design offerings.
