The ideal candidates will enjoy working in a team environment, and have a passion for designing high quality, sustainable, K-12 public schools and municipal projects. INTERIOR DESIGNER Qualifications • Architecture or Interior Design Degree required • 3-5 years of experience working for a design firm • Solid knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit – Enscape a plus • Experience navigating and coordinating contract documents sets for large projects • Ability to visually communicate design ideas • Ability to work in collaboration with Senior Interior Designer • Ability to work independently, shift focus and prioritize workload • Design skills appropriate for K-12 public school projects Responsibilities • Meeting project deadlines and budget constraints • Producing and coordinating a complete set of construction documents • Selecting and presenting interior materials and colors • Creating 3D visuals to convey design ideas SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER Qualifications • Architecture or Interior Design Degree required • 6-10 years of experience working for a design firm • Solid knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit – Enscape a plus • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Experience coordinating contract documents for a variety of projects • Ability to visually communicate design ideas • Ability to work independently, shift focus and prioritize workload • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to take ownership of your work, see projects through to completion Responsibilities • Meeting project deadlines and budget constraints • Producing and coordinating a complete set of construction documents • Selecting and presenting interior materials and colors • Creating 3D visuals to convey design ideas • Interpreting clients’ programs and developing space plans If you are qualified, please respond through the Craigslist Email only.
