• Responsible to support design related functions in the store and maintain an up to date customized portfolio including before and after pictures of previous In-Home design projects. • Team with Store Manager, Sales Manager, and selling team to promote the In-Home Design program and drive overall store sales Customer Experience Excellence: • Ability to work effectively and productively with others as a team • Strong attention to detail SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for directly leading a team of Design Associates and indirectly the selling team.
