Gross Residential, founded in 1916, is a four-generation family business which is headquartered in North Royalton, OH with two regional offices in Nashville, TN and Charolette, NC. As a member of our in-house design and construction team, you will play a key part in shaping the look and feel of our residential communities - from model suites to amenity spaces and everything in between. • Work with construction and property management on a variety of capital improvement projects for the renovation and/or replacement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment across our almost 14,000 apartment homes portfolio. What We're Looking For: • Degree in Interior Design or similar field. • 2+ years of experience, preferably in multi-family or residential design.
