Interior Designer

Interior Designer Position Award-winning team has set a high standard for developing innovative, functional, and aesthetic designs with partners and clients in residential across the country. The candidate will demonstrate an expertise at developing innovative design solutions utilizing established interior design procedures to achieve project goals within budget constraints. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience as an interior designer • Computer skills: Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, • SketchUp, Word and PowerPoint • Strong knowledge of the design process, specifications, • materials and FF&E; • Develop designs and plans for the interior spaces of • commercial and residential buildings • Collaborate on projects, including programming client needs, • conceptual and schematic design, design development, • product procurement, and management of budgets and • schedules • Research product specifications for finishes, fixtures • and furnishings • Produce contract documents, compelling presentations • and cost estimates • Collaborate with team members, contractors and • subcontractors to manage client expectations • Work with consultants, furniture dealers, product reps, and • fabricators to meet overall project objectives • Foster ongoing, productive client, partner and team • relationships • Participate in business development efforts on occasion • Contribute to office initiatives, activities and philanthropy efforts • Outstanding conceptual 3 dimensional thinking and graphic • presentation skills • Capacity to focus on a single client, while managing multiple • projects at various stages of development • Strong leadership, organization, communication and • relationship management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a • related field from an accredited school • ASID, NCIDQ, IIDA or other professional accreditation a plus The full-time position is based in Boulder and offers a competitive salary, accelerated vacation accrual program, education reimbursement plan and industry education event opportunities.
