Interior Designer

Berry Built is seeking an experienced interior designer with a passion or background in residential home renovation. We work as a team and are primarily focused on interiors with a heavy focus on cabinetry, kitchens, and bathrooms however we occasionally remodel entire interiors. Below is a list of typical tasks performed on a daily basis: Draft as-built drawings from site sketches Draft floor plans in detail Draft cabinetry details Consult clients through the selection of all materials associated with their project Research products and develop familiarity of use, function, and performance of specified products Work with a team of designers and craftsmen to coordinate the build of all designs Assist craftsmen in understanding design intent Below is a list of requirements: Interior design degree 3+ years worth of industry experience Fluent in Auto CAD, Revit, or other similar drafting programs Availability to work full time Ability to work on a team Familiar with and fluent in MS Office programs Huge educational growth opportunity working with seasoned professionals with over 25 years experience.
