About the position Responsibilities • Assist the project team to produce quality interior design work in all project phases • Expertise in creating big ideas and innovative thinking • Collaborate with other Interior Designers and Managers in supporting the team and the client on larger projects • Coordinate all aspects of the project work with the client's representative • Develop an understanding of quality management and effective project work in accordance with quality management procedures • Ability to draw or represent design thinking using traditional design tools, including hand sketching • Maintain strong relationships with Clients through excellent communication skills, reliability, punctuality and innovation • Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines • Accuracy and attention to detail • Promote a workplace culture that is consistent with the BHDP Collective Ambition Requirements • A professional, accredited degree in Interior Design • At least 3 years of experience in interior design • Must have, or be working toward, NCIDQ certification • Proficient in advanced technology (e.g., Revit, Sketch-Up, Rhino) • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of an effective team Benefits • Competitive salary • Medical insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Disability insurance • Flexible spending accounts • Paid holidays • Paid time off • 401K with yearly company match contribution • Yearly Incentive Compensation pay-out • Reimbursement for architectural professional licenses and exam fees
