What You Can Expect: • Average Earning Potential After Training: $50,000 - $80,000 (inclusive of base, commission and bonus) • Total Compensation Range: $26,000 - $90,000 • Post-Training Base Pay:$26,000 per year • Commission & Bonus:Earn more with UNCAPPED commission on written sales - 3.5% on La-Z-Boy Design Sales and 2% on other sales, other than La-Z-Boy Design Sales.
