The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all areas of interior design with the ability to work in all phases of a project’s development including large and / or complex projects. • Visits construction site to review, monitor, and report progress and perform other construction administration duties, such as shop drawings review, attend construction site meetings, review RFI’s, prepare ASI’s, PR’s, prepare status reports, per the contract documents. Contract duties & responsibilities: • Substantial knowledge of preparation and use of interior design / architectural contracts. • Assists in development of project scopes, schedules, and budgets, coordinating with Project Managers, senior staff, and other department leads. • Maintain administrative / technical documents required by senior staff, accounting, or others, as it pertains to the management of Interior Design projects.
