Interior Designer

A growing residential builder and development group is seeking a creative, organized, and client-focused Interior Designer to join their team. This role blends design, client interaction, project coordination, and light marketing involvement, making it ideal for someone who wants variety, ownership, and the chance to see their designs come to life. ✨ What You’ll Be Doing • Create and manage interior design concepts and finish selections for new homes and developments • Lead and coordinate client design/selection meetings • Maintain design studios, samples, and selection booklets • Collaborate with construction, estimating, and leadership teams on pricing and options • Coordinate installation of finishes, furniture, and design elements in models and spec homes • Visit projects throughout construction and at completion • Support marketing efforts, branding consistency, and social media presence • Participate in business development and team meetings as needed Compensation & Benefits • Base salary up to $65,000 • Annual bonus • Great benefits package • Stable, growing company with long-term opportunity • Hands-on role with real influence over finished product This is not a siloed design position.
