Interior Designer

Why you should be interested: • This person will have a lot of autonomy to make independent decisions and will help lead the interior team • This an opportunity to work on multiple projects at once (no studio set up) • Hybrid schedule - in office 4 days a week and remote on Friday's • Principal Architects have been there for over 12 years - they have high tenure and mentorship • 3 weeks of PTO, paid holidays, and the possibility of getting the week off between Christmas and New Year's (evaluated annually but granted consistently in recent years) • Year-end bonus based off company performance Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design • 3-5 years of experience in interior design, specifically on commercial or multifamily projects • Experience with a variety of commercial projects preferred • Proficiency in Revit • Strong initiative and a sense of ownership • Creative problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and ask for help when needed • Capable of making decisions and completing tasks with minimal supervision The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $39.00/hr.
