Interior Designer

This is a senior interior designer role for someone ready to own projects end-to-end, collaborate closely with an in-house construction team, and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of our design & build practice. Essential Functions • Lead clients through the design process from initial meetings through finalized selections and approvals • Develop space plans with engineering as needed, elevations, and design concepts in coordination with draftsperson that are functional, buildable, and aligned with project budgets • Specify and coordinate all interior finishes, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and related materials • Create and review electrical and lighting plans in coordination with drafting support • Collaborate closely with estimating to align design decisions with scope and cost during preconstruction • Coordinate with production teams to ensure clear design intent and smooth transition into construction • Participate in key jobsite meetings to support layout decisions, finish coordination, and issue resolution • Maintain accurate documentation, selections, and approvals to support team communication and execution
