Responsibilities • Meet with clients in showroom to discuss design goals • Recommend panel styles, finishes, colors, and layouts • Create mood boards and simple renderings when needed • Assist contractors and builders with material selection • Prepare design proposals and product specifications • Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams • Stay updated on interior design trends • Support marketing with project photos and ideas • Growing brand in modern interior finishes • Direct involvement in high-end residential and commercial projects • Creative freedom within a fast-growing company • Opportunity to grow into lead designer or showroom manager
