Interior Designer

We are seeking an Interior Designer / Client Selections Specialist who will own the overall look and feel of our projects - including finishes, materials, fixtures, and design details that create exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will work directly with homeowners to guide design selections, coordinate with our project team to ensure accurate ordering and installation, and support brand growth through project documentation and content creation. Meet with clients (in-home, showroom, or virtual) to select finishes including: Cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, paint, fixtures, hardware, and lighting Guide homeowners through design decisions and provide professional recommendations Create selection boards, mood boards, and specification sheets for each project Manage revision rounds and finalize selections within established deadlines Project Coordination Base salary or hourly compensation (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses tied to: Number of projects managed through selections Client satisfaction and reviews Contribution to marketing and content initiatives Growth opportunity within a high-end residential design environment
