Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer based in Del Mar, CA. The role involves close collaboration with a talented design and construction team to deliver exceptional spaces that align with client preferences. Qualifications • Proficiency in Space Planning and understanding of layouts to optimize functionality and aesthetics • Knowledge of Architecture and experience in creating Construction Drawings • Expertise in Interior Design with a focus on concepts, styles, and design principles • Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and procurement • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills • Proficiency with design tools and software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools • A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field • Experience in general contracting or construction is a plus
