In this role, you will be responsible, as a design professional, for the production of innovative, appropriate, cost effective, designs, drawings and specifications in your discipline for assigned projects. • Construction Documents • Signs and seals design documents when assigned as Professional of Record. • Participates in construction observation to monitor compliance with design intent, construction drawings and specifications. • Planning/Scheduling • Projects, monitors and informs design manager of workload status of project discipline staff. While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds.
