The role involves a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and project management. Candidates will be working under the supervision of a Design Director / Senior Designer, and will work closely with a team of interior designers, production/documentation, various industry vendors, consultants on projects spanning multi-family, hospitality, and residential. • Demonstrate creativity and technical knowledge in design. Required Skills • Deep expertise in the DD and CD phase, with a strong portfolio of visual presentation and material palettes. Experience: • multi-family and hospitality sector : 1 year (Required) • Revit: 1 year (Required)
