Interior Designer

Job Title: Interior Designer Required Skills / Experience: 2+ years experience in the field with design experienceBachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited schoolProficient in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google WorkspaceAbility to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, contractors, and consultantsExcellent communication skillsCollaborative and receptive to feedbackAttentive to details, proactive, highly-organized with the ability to multi-taskMotivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced creative environmentResponsibilities: Collaborate with Creative Director to develop creative direction for each projectWork on projects from all phases of design, including but not limited to: initial design concepts, rendering, sourcing, procurement, and installationProduce 3D models in SketchUp of interior spaces and create animations of the models for presentation purposesWork closely from inspiration boards and 3D model to source relevant FF&E to appoint designed spaces within budgetSource and work with outside vendors to procure and coordinate all furniture, fixtures, & accessoriesServe as point of contact with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultantsProduce materials schedule for each signed-off designManage multiple projects at onceKeep clear and accessible records of correspondence as well as detailed time records of hours spent on each projectProvide design support and administration during completion and execution of design conceptsPlease submit your resume, cover letter, and personal references to [email protected]
