Interior Designer

Growing company, looking for a positive, detail oriented, and enthusiastic Designer to join our team! We offer competitive compensation, a flexible work environment, and room for position growth. Management and oversight of all assigned design projects, including, but not limited to: • Design, selection, and installation of interior furnishings and window treatments • Scheduling and maintaining updated design schedules and open items list • Track current time projections for all assigned design projects • Developing and issuing deliverables • Sourcing and managing communications with vendors and tradespeople • Develop and issue product estimates and purchase orders for furnishings and labor • Mentor Junior Designers and Design Assistants • Meet with clients, document design goals and direction • Code Review and compliance • Scheduling, oversight, and management of subcontractors and jobsite installations • Assist and coordinate with other Interior Designers on their assigned projects as needed • Transfer client approved design packages into project estimates • Assist colleagues whenever necessary • Coordination with owner on all contracts to be issued Job requirements: • Minimum Associates Degree in Interior Design and/or 5 years’ experience • High level of organization and attention to detail • Enjoys a fast-paced environment and multitasking • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, power point), photoshop, and AutoCAD • Experience in 3D rendering programs is a plus • Knowledge of Ivy & HouzzPro is a plus Salary and benefits will be based on experience and agreed upon work schedule.
