Minimum of 7 years of experience in a design firm Strong design sensitivity Facility with BIM Software Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work with and coordinate engineering consultant services Proactive, resourceful self-starter who can multi-task Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience at managing in-house multi-disciplinary design teams a plus Sustainable design experience and/or certifications a plus It is a place where you will solve diverse, complex challenges alongside thoughtful and talented individuals who lead with curiosity and empathy.
