Develop creative interior design concepts that demonstrate a strong understanding of materiality, composition, and spatial experience Craft compelling design narratives and project storytelling that clearly communicate the vision and intent of each project Participate in and/or lead presentations to clients and project stakeholders, communicating design ideas in a clear, confident, and professional manner. Bachelor’s degree in interior design from an accredited program with minimum 5 years of experience Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, Enscape, Lumion, SketchUp, and FF&E Previous experience working in commercial, multi-family, higher education, workplace, or retail Experience creating high-quality visualizations and renderings using Enscape and Lumion NCIDQ licensure and/or LEED accreditation are considered assets.
