Collaborate closely with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and project scope, translating ideas into compelling design concepts.Manage projects from concept to completion.Develop detailed interior design plans using industry-standard software such as SketchUp, Sketchup Layout, and Adobe Creative Suite.Prepare comprehensive drawings, elevations, renderings, and specifications for millwork, lighting, color schemes, furniture layouts, and material selections.Manage project timelines and budgets effectively while coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.Conduct site visits to oversee renovation and new build projects, ensuring designs are implemented accurately during construction phases.Selection of FF&E, including creation of visual boards to showcase the overall vision.
