Support the design and execution of high-end residential and select commercial interior design projects from concept through installation.Develop and maintain technical drawings, elevations, furnishing plans, and design documentation using AutoCAD.Assist with sourcing furniture, finishes, materials, plumbing fixtures, decorative lighting, textiles, and accessories.Support the preparation of presentations, design boards, specifications, and other client-facing materials.Assist with project organization, scheduling, documentation, and tracking using Asana and other project management tools.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, architects, consultants, and trades to support project execution.Manage purchasing process for custom and trade goods, leveraging Studio Designer to ensure accurate budgets, specifications, and tracking.Support on-site installations at job sites, visit trade showrooms, participate in site visits and project-related meetings.Maintain organized digital and physical project files; assist with office design resources such as library, samples, as needed.Provide regular project updates and communicate proactively regarding project status, deadlines, and outstanding items.Help foster an organized, professional, and welcoming studio environment.
