Working alongside members the firm’s leadership team, this position will have a wide range of tasks, from design conceptualization to project management, but the ultimate goal of the position is simple – help us grow our ability to serve clients through meaningful design. Work alongside firm leadership to manage a variety of projects across the firm’s target markets Develop design concepts and space plans based on client needs and preferences. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field 8+ years of experience with design firm (experience with healthcare sector preferred) with a strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and finish specifications Registered Interior Designer with NCIDQ certification Excellent space planning and conceptual design skills Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in ideation and interactive design discussions to format construction documents Attention to accuracy and detail – being responsible for the overall quality of work produced Persuasive communications skills for thoughtful client discussions and presentations.
