Interior Designer

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Interior Designer to bring inspiring spaces to life through creative vision, technical expertise, and meticulous project management. Duties Develop comprehensive interior design concepts using industry-standard software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Keynote, and Canva.Create detailed drafting and construction documents that include floor plans, elevations, sections, and lighting layouts.Work directly with principal designer to execute project from start to finish.Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget constraints; translate these insights into innovative design solutions.Manage project timelines and budgets efficiently to ensure seamless execution from concept through renovation or remodeling phases.Develop schedules for construction projects.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and trades to execute design vision to completion.Help to select materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that enhance the overall design.Prepare detailed proposals including contracts and specifications in Studio Designer; coordinate formal quote requests with vendors; prepare detailed purchase orders; oversee item tracking and receiving through installation.Oversee installation processes ensuring adherence to design intent.Qualifications Minimum of 5 years at interior design or architecture firm.Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Keynote, Canva, Google Drive, and Studio Designer is essential.Solid understanding of CAD drafting standards along with knowledge of construction processes and remodeling techniques.Familiarity with project management practices including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.Strong grasp of interior design fundamentals such as color theory, materials selection, and space optimization.Must have car.Join us as an Interior Designer where your creativity fuels transformative spaces!
