Interior Designer

DescriptionLinda Applewhite and Associates is seeking a talented MID_SENIOR Interior Designer to join our creative team in Belvedere Tiburon. In this FULL_TIME role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior designs that meet our clients' needs and vision. As an ON_SITE Interior Designer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to bring design concepts to life. If you have a passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail, we would love to have you on board! Responsibilities:Develop interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project goalsCreate detailed drawings, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design ideasSelect furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that enhance the overall design conceptCollaborate with clients, architects, and contractors throughout the design and construction processEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standardsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related fieldProven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio of successful projectsProficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or RevitExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment
