Create and coordinate project designs and plans for all project phases.Monitor drawings throughout the design process.Prepare presentation and design drawings.Attend meetings and coordinate with internal and external teams.Prepare project scope and fee proposals.Ensure project numbers are assigned and contracts are signed.Complete project designs and deliverables within budgeted hours and schedule.Verify project status and address any issues related to time vs. budget.Promptly address and issue change of service requests from staff and consultants. The office is small with 13 people, promoting a close-knit team environment. The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $52.88/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
