Role Description The Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Advance, NC. Qualifications Experience with interior design and space planning, including creating functional, aesthetically cohesive residential layouts.Strong visual and design skills, with the ability to produce presentations, mood boards, and basic drawings or renderings (digital or hand-drawn).Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to listen, educate, and guide clients through design decisions.Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing measurements, proposals, purchase orders, and project timelines.Comfort working in a retail showroom environment, including occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require.Degree or formal training in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional experience strongly valued.Proficiency with common design and office software (e.g., CAD or design tools, email, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn company systems.
