Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for a Designer / Project Manager, located in Chapel Hill, NC. The Designer / Project Manager will manage and coordinate design projects from conception to completion, including creating construction drawings, handling project submittals, and space planning. The role will also involve collaborating with team members, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely, budget-conscious project delivery.
Qualifications
Required skills in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and PhotoshopProficiency in creating, reviewing, and managing construction drawings and submittalsStrong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectivelyExcellent organizational and communication abilitiesDetail-oriented with a creative and problem-solving mindsetBachelor's degree in Interior Designexperience preferred
