If you have wanted... to take the leap to a new refreshing experience in a smaller yet growing firm with a fun positive team, or to learn and gain more in-depth experience in our specialty fields AND grow to a Senior level design position, we are it! • Ability to collaborate with the Principal Designer and Procurement Director during the design process of projects. • Learn and follow company processes and procedures. • Able to focus on a single large project or with multiple projects in various stages of development and maintain an organized process. Required Skills and Qualifications: • 3+ years of post-graduate professional design experience • Must have a strong project portfolio of any or all of the following: Hospitality, Retail, Restaurant, Multi Family and High-End Residential projects • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from an accredited college/University • NCIDQ certification (or similar) preferred or in process of gaining certification • Collaborate with other designers as a team effort during the design process • Excellent design skills and strong technical proficiency • Expertise in AutoCAD and/or Revit is required • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Microsoft Office suite, Bluebeam • Knowledge of interior design purchasing and Specifications software such as Studio Designer is a plus • Strong sense of color and materiality and selections • Knowledge and experience in FF&E and OS&E selections • Confidence and experience in making presentations and discussions in meetings with clients and other team • Have excellent written and oral presentation skills to communicate effectively • Ability to plan, organize, and complete work effectively and efficiently • Demonstrate decisiveness and accountability • Clear judgment and creative problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize work and ask for further clarification when necessary • Manage communications effectively with clients, and others on projects • Willingness to help out team members and around the office for the entire teams benefit • Current authorization to work in person in the U.S. and demonstrate excellent English language to communicate in office and with clients • Must work Monday – Friday between 8am & 5pm Mountain Standard Time - some flexibility in start and end time.
