Key Responsibilities
Develop quotes, specifications, space plans, furniture layouts, and presentations.Specify commercial furniture and interior products based on project requirements.Prepare quotes, specifications, and bid responses.Create drawings and supporting design documentation.Coordinate FF&E selections, finishes, specifications, and product details.Support sales teams with product applications, pricing, and design solutions.Collaborate with clients, designers, manufacturers, and other project stakeholders.Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and documentation accurately.
Qualifications
3+ years of dealer experience required.Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field preferred.Experience with FF&E selection, specification, and coordination.Proficiency in CET, Project Spec, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.Strong commercial interior design and space-planning skills.Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.Strong communication, organizational, and client-facing skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience with corporate offices, higher education, healthcare, commercial furniture, or contract interiors is a plus.
