Interior Designer

This position is for candidates at either the Milwaukee or Madison office locations.Well qualified candidates should have strong design skills, sound technical knowledge, and apassion for working closely with colleagues and clients. Ideal candidates will have experience in all phases of interior design/architectural projects.What We Look For:Bachelor of Interior Design or Interior Architecture degreeAt least three years of post-graduate professional interior design experienceStrong experience and production skills in Revit requiredPrior experience on all phases of a project, including Construction Documentation and Construction AdministrationUnderstanding of production documentation for projects of various sizes and complexitiesAbility to juggle multiple tasks, collaborate on complex teams and work well under deadlinesStrong design and visualization skillsKnowledge of modeling, rendering, and visualization programs (Sketch Up, Adobe Suite, etc.)Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with clients / consultants / contractors and team membersStrong organization, management, and mentorship skillsUnderstanding of basic commercial code / regulatory requirementsBasic understanding of project fee structures and staff management is beneficialEnjoy working in an exciting, open studioStrive to push boundaries and develop innovative design solutionsRegistered or pursuing registration preferredApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of any employment visa at this time.
