Interior Designer

Duties: - Create and present design concepts, including floor plans, finish schedules, color schemes, and furniture selections - Develop detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit... - Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure design plans are implemented accurately - Oversee the installation of design elements and provide guidance to contractors as needed - Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any design-related issues - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new materials/products in order to provide innovative design solutions Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field - Proven experience working as an Interior Designer (preferably in a residential setting) for 2 or more years - Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) for creating detailed drawings, elevations, floor plans and specifications - Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and furnishings - Familiarity with budgeting and cost estimation for design projects - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Adobe Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Paid time off • Professional development assistance
