Design Studio specializes in Multi-Family Design (Apartments, Clubhouses, Leasing Offices, Model Homes, etc) and is looking for a passionate and dedicated Professional looking for an opportunity to help us catapult forward with our current workload and healthy pipeline. • Construction drawings (or management of) Management of project budgets (especially with regards the FFE procurement process), tracking orders and dealing with any other project-related accounting (change-orders, etc). Develop and maintain relationships with Clients. Ability to work closely with team so must exude excellent "people" skills with strong leadership potential.
