Are you ready to join us? Our ideal new JA teammate will have: • An Interior Design or Architecture degree • 5-10 years’ experience in the design field • Design, permitting, and project management experience with the following project types: • workplace and public works • Experience with single-family, multi-family, and/or libraries is a plus • Knowledge of building and accessibility codes for interior environments • Experience creating permit documents for tenant improvements • Experience with specifying materials & fixtures • Experience with FF&E is is preferred • Excellent skills in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite are required • Knowledge of Enscape or Sketch-Up rendering is a plus Salary Band: $75,000 - $90,000 Please no phone calls, email is the preferred method of communication, with qualifications sent in PDF format.
