The successful candidate will be a part of KDA's core team in our MD and DC Offices helping to win, design and lead teams of architects on projects across a diverse set of market sectors including Education, Science & Technology, Corporate, Healthcare, Civic/Cultural, State and Federal Projects. Communicate with all project participants, internal staff, consultants, clients, owners, contractors and jurisdictions in an effective and collaborative manner. For interior designer, Interior design certification (NCIDQ) is must. Collaborate and deliver project solutions based on market expertise and deep understanding of client goals Thorough knowledge of the entire project delivery process and ability to lead design efforts through all project stages, including leadership with the client, contractors, and internal team.
